"SAYTO"

Usage: SAYTO <name> <message>

This command is used to direct a say towards a specific person. The whole room can still read the
message but it is prefixed by the targets name or description.

For Example:
< 10P 10M > sayto sean Do you ever leave dantes?
People in the room would see:
Enka says to Sean, in English, "Do you ever leave dantes?"
