DRIVE DRIVING

           Usage: DRIVE

This command is used when you are inside a vehicle to make it mobile, allowing you to drive anywhere
roads are present.

Exceptions to this are bikes, some off-road vehicles such as 4wd automobiles, and drones - which are
small/dexterous enough to slide indoors where even other vehicles cannot reach. Extremely small 
drones can slide into spaces that people cannot fit in.

If you have a driving skill for one vehicle type, you can DEFAULT at a lesser penalty to drive a
different kind of vehicle.

If you own or are a guest to a HOUSE regardless of it is a garage or not, you can simply drive your
vehicle or drone into the door to enter it as long as the key is in your inventory.
