UPGRADE

Usage: UPGRADE <vehicle> <part>

This takes an automotive upgrade, and installs it into a vehicle.

Example:
< 10P 10M > inventory
You are carrying:
A nitrous oxide injector system

< 10P 10M > upgrade harley nitro
>You go to work on a Harley Scorpion.

After which your Harley has a nitrous oxide injector system.

You may only upgrade a vehicle with one mod per mod location, and you can't add more armor than
vehicle Bod/2 (rounded down).

The weight of the vehicle is substantially influenced by its BODY stat, and anything that changes
that will also adjust the weight substantially.
