SKILLS "SKILL LEVELS"

Usage: skills
       skills <letter>

This shows you what skills you have, and to what level you have trained them. Typing skills p would
display all skills starting with the letter p that you know.
Skills control how well your character is capable of something and explicitly exclude attributes
from calculations. See defaulting for details. However, higher attributes do lower the cost of 
raising an associated skill outside of character creation.

Different character archtypes have different maximum skill levels.

Mundane:         12
Adept/Aspected:  10
Shaman/Mage:     8 (Except for magical skills)

Negotiation can be raised to 12 for all archtypes.
