REPAIR FIXIT

Usage: REPAIR <vehicle>

This command is used to repair damages vehicles and drones. While lightly damaged vehicles can be
fixed anywhere using only a toolkit, wrecked and heavily damaged vehicles must be taken to a 
somewhere with a workshop set up.

Sadly, gun repair is NERP, but ammunition crafting is not. See AMMUNITION for details.
