HAIL CAB TAXI

Usage: HAIL

This command hails a cab for you. You must be in a city in order to hail one,
and at times there will be no cabs available. The time you need to spend in
the cab, depends on where you start from and your destination.

Once you're in the cab, take a look at the sign. It lists all the destinations and the keywords to
use for those. All you need to do is say the keyword for the destination you want, then confirm it 
with the driver. If the driver doesn't respond, you've used the wrong keyword-- take another look at 
the sign and try again.
