DECRYPT DISARM

Utility: Decrypt or Defuse
Usage: DECRYPT <file/exit/Subsystem>
       DISARM <file/exit/Subsytem>

These commands are used to remove any IC or untangle a barrier that may be protecting a file or
exit. Decrypt is used against Scramble IC and Disarm is for removing Data Bomb and Pavlov ICs. 
Decrypt can also be used on encrypted subsystems and exits.
