+Use FOLLOW to automatically follow someone else. You can FOLLOW SELF or UNFOLLOW to stop following

+If someone is following you and you don't want them to, you can LOSE them.
+If someone continues to follow you without your consent, you can BLOCK <name> FOLLOWING or TOGGLE
