Usage: DOWNLOAD <file>
       UPLOAD <file>
       LOAD <file/chip>

These matrix commands are used to transfer files between your
cyberdeck and the matrix. You cannot run a program before
you have loaded it into your deck's active memory.
Load can also be used to load skillsofts into headware memory for
later use through a knowsoft link.
